ETIQUETTE:

  • Unless a child is receiving a service, please don't bring them along. My space is small and there are lots of things that can be swallowed or touched that can be harmful. If you must, please bring entertainment for them and keep them in the suite, seated, and in a normal speaking voice to respect the other tenants in the building.

  • Please try to arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so that you may use the restroom, sanitize your hands, and get comfortable in the chair. Inhale....exhale...relax...ahhhh

  • I accept cash and credit ONLY! No checks please. While tips are not required, they are appreciated and can be paid along with your services.

  • Some of my services require a retainer fee/deposit and a credit card on file. If the prepayment is not approved, your services will be suspended until it is paid.

  • Booking your appointments in advance is a great way to ensure you get the perfect time for you.

MY PROMISE TO YOU:

I continuously take classes, go to shows, watch videos, join webinars and do all the things to keep my skills current, stay abreast of trends, and know what the latest and greatest products and techniques are. I will always strive to bring you things with great skill and beautiful results. But if for some reason you need adjustments to the services you received, I ask that you request this within 7 days of the original appointment.

 

I will make any adjustments I can. This will be after a consult to determine that all the things were done to achieve the results requested. Any additional services or or requests not originally part of the services will be at an additional fee. Proper recommended home care must have been followed.

Appointment Policies

ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS NOW REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO BE HELD SECURELY ON FILE!

NO SHOWS:
If you fail to show for your appointment, you may be charged for that appointment. Future appointments WILL require a non-refundable fee of half the cost of the value of the booking time. After 2nd no-show, appointments are the same day as available only. 
CANCELATIONS WITHOUT RESCHEDULING:
A 24-hour notice is required for cut appointments and 48 hours for everything else. Without notice, you will be responsible for 1/2 service cost. After 2 cancellations of the same appt, it becomes a no-show (see above).
RESCHEDULING:

Limited to 2 times per appt. then a 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to hold your chosen time. Same notice is required as with cancelations. 
RUNNING LATE:
I will try to accommodate you. Your service may need to be altered to fit the time allotted. If I cannot accommodate you, it becomes a cancelation and is subject to those terms.
